问:產品維修條款

保養條款:
1)本產品享有三個月自攜有限硬體保用適用於香港和大陸地區。
 (恕不接受郵寄收取維修機)
2)在以下情況下,本公司有權拒絕、終止此保用或向顧客收取維修費用
  Ⅰ 遺失發票或保養卡。(影印本恕不接受)
  Ⅱ 本產品因人為而造成之外表損壞,包括機殼內之零件。
  Ⅲ 本產品機身編號或保護封條被塗改、損毀或撕掉。
  Ⅳ 因輸入不當電壓、疏忽使用或錯誤操作。
  Ⅴ 顧客自行更新/更改驅動程式之版本而導致出現故障
  Ⅵ 如因日久損耗而造成機件故障,本公司有權收取零件更換費用。
  Ⅶ 維修期限以原廠進度為標準,顧客不得有任何異議。
3)此保用不包含顯示幕、鏡面外殼、耳機、USB線、線控及充電器等,
  保養只限主機。
4)本公司袛提供維修服務,產品不能更換或更新型號。
5)如需下載產品相關軟體,請登錄www.pengbo.hk
6)本公司保留更改以上條款及細則之權利,無需預先通知客戶。
7)因維修而引致資料資料遺失,本公司一律不會負責。

Warranty conditions:
1)This warranty is valid for Three months from the date of purchase and carry-in maintenance service provided in Hong Kong SAR and China(Will not accepted any repair maintenance products by mail)

2) In the following cases, the Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate this warranty repair costs charged to customers
    Ⅰ.The Purchase invoice or the maintenance card is lost.(The copy will not be accepted) .
    Ⅱ.The product is physically damaged. The hardware inside the plastic tray also included.
    Ⅲ.The product's serial number or protect label has been altered, defaced or removed.
    IV.The product is damaged by input of improper voltage, misuse and incorrect installation Ⅴ.Failure when customer self-dates / changes the version of the driver.
    VI.Any defective part which has replaced, our company has the right to charges the maintenance cost.
    Ⅶ.Maintenance period regards progress of factory as the standard. Customer cannot have any objection 

3) Maintenance of only the host, not including the display, mirror, housing, headset, USB cable remote control, charger, etc.

4) This warranty is only providing maintenance services. Products cannot be replaced or updated models.

6) Terms and conditions will be change by our company any time, without prior notice to customers.

7) Due to data loss incurred maintenance, our company will not be responsible on it.
